Pros
Work life balance is pretty great here. Still managed to do other activities after work and able to sleep before 10 PM. Although, there are times where we still get in line with clients or other urgent matters outside working hours - even during our leave but it's not that often and still okay Great health benefits, the company cares so much about their employees' physical health
Cons
As the reviews said and i quote "too much politics at work" Hard to get promotion even though you've got stellar achievements The management is stiff and sorta anti critic i would say Limiting access which makes it so much harder just to do our daily responsibilities Small salary if compared to other companies in the same industry and it's even harder to get commission due to calculation & threshold scheme
