      Pros

      Casual but professional work environment. The pay is surprisingly competitive for non-profit. The upper people (CEO/COO, CFO) are pretty nice considering their status in the company. Awesome PTO.

      Cons

      The medical isn't the best ever, but the rest of the benefits are pretty good.

      Only pro was getting to work with the aging population

      Cons

      -micromanagement from supervisor -hostility and gaslighting from supervisor who fostered a very toxic work environment -an unmanageable amount of work - almost 100 open cases at any time -very little pay -HR, management, and ceo were dismissive and unresponsive when multiple incidents were brought to their attention -horrible hierarchy
