Nothing for someone to have right to work in uk and have experience about the role. Is just flexible job because is self employed.

Minimum wage even below the legal minimum wage, they don't pay for breaks but require you to return to your post in an emergency, if you're 15 minutes late they don't pay you a full hour (this is illegal by law). Poor organization and management... I've been chasing them for a week to give them UTR and account details and one sends me to the other and I don't get any answers.

Flexibilty, always have shifts and sites.

Self employed under minimum wage.
