      There really are none to speak of. Unless you worked at Bowman or Urban you should fit right in.

      Cons

      To small to present problems on senior management. Tolerates abusive behaviors on employees. No training mechanisms.

      Smaller firm so relationships are stronger amongst employees and opportunities to grow are vast. Strong reputation throughout NOVA

      growing a smaller firm gives opportunities for everyone to be hands-on in the direction of growth.

      My experience was very mixed. One of the principals can be disrespectful and at times openly mean in how they speak to staff. It creates an uncomfortable environment and makes it hard to feel supported. Feedback often felt more personal than constructive.
