Department env is good, colleague that really able to be friend not only working relation. Good for freash graduate that able to gain a lots of experience and fast growth oppotunity thru lots of diff projects. Leader not bad willing to teach, guide and open for opinion and ideas
Cons
Company policy and management having the most issue like strict on dresscode( must hv collar, but sometime smart casual doesnt contain collar but is a formal and suitable attire!!), after 6pm of not working anymore need to shut down our PC omg this is so terrible, they are expecting us to support technical issue anytime and set this kind of rules to strict on us for saving their company money Another things is we feel china ppl have more priority and able to break the rules and policy, I think this is why most of the staff do not want to follow the rules and policy
