Pros

Early release on Friday if there is no meeting.

Cons

Outdated technology, outdated working experience, even outdated resources for you to look into. Seniors some ok, but most of them not helpful and some even drags you. High-levels? Except for the one or two who really cares, others - Oh well. Management? More and more stingier nowadays although there are numerous of projects acrros. Boss? "Best" boss ever. Project? Do expect to clear all the problems that you really will feel speechless and flabbergasted, it may be beyond what you can think. Project profile also that few government agency's project or private A&A maybe some commercial. Nothing fancy. Always got complaint by client and even contractors. MNC but operates like SME style. Also be careful of backstabbers and this industry is small, think again.
