Pros

I worked here as a full time software developer for almost 5 years. It was good experience, following are the pros: --1) Company provides good benefits like daily food allowance, free transport, health insurance etc. --2) WFH was not allowed in general (as per office policy), but there were lenient teams which allowed the team-members to do WFH. --3) As a software developer I enjoyed flexible working hours, no micro-management. --4) There was not much of learning in the first half of my stint in the company, but in the second half learned a lot of new technologies. --5) Was hired with a handsome pay package. --6) Good place to learn about investment domain. That will help you if you want to grow in BFSI companies.

Cons

--1) It is a gigantic and slow moving company. They don't adapt cutting edge technologies rapidly. Hence, there was not much of learning in the first half of my stint in the company. --2) They will pay you very good package while hiring you, but after that yearly increment and promotion policies are not that attractive. --3) Moving to new project is not easy. --4) Not much of traveling opportunity. --5) Year-end bonus is much less than its competitors.

Pros

I loved working at Chase in Home Equity and First Mortgage. Decent pay, decent managers that were supportive.

Cons

The business credit card department is an absolute nightmare - avoid! We got moved around due to housing market changes. Understandable but they also made it seem like it was going to be the best thing that could happen to us. Told us we wouldn’t be answering calls and then it was full blown call center. It was the literal worst. Most unorganized, unsupportive, dumpster fire of a department.
