Great benefits, but not worth the mental toll the hostility and retaliation combined with zero accountability. - Designer J.P. Morgan Employee Review

Pros

Pay Benefits Depending on leadership, opportunities within company.

Cons

Discrimination based on gender Blocked from opportunities offered to lower performing white male peer Given fake projects to complete only to present in front of stakeholders and look unfocused and rogue in my work (manager and another VP would make up things for me to present on to intentionally make it look like I don’t listen when it came time to present) Able to prove retaliation to HR through emails and witnesses, company said they were unwilling to address after validating issues Defamation from manager as a means of control and retaliation Consistent comments about women in the workplace Hired as a Senior VP, mostly given work of a junior associate Highest performer on team for 3 consecutive years, was slapped with a performance plan with no details and nothing actionable as an effort to build a completely made up case against my work

Pros

I loved working at Chase in Home Equity and First Mortgage. Decent pay, decent managers that were supportive.

Cons

The business credit card department is an absolute nightmare - avoid! We got moved around due to housing market changes. Understandable but they also made it seem like it was going to be the best thing that could happen to us. Told us we wouldn’t be answering calls and then it was full blown call center. It was the literal worst. Most unorganized, unsupportive, dumpster fire of a department.
