Pros

Good Pay, Relaxed work culture, No timing constraint, You behave with your peers and get treated equally, Very formal and professional environment(blood sucker for folks from product companies), Daily food coupons, Free cab after 2030 in night,

Cons

Strict dress code for men, women enjoi, Political environment buttering the manager and skip manager will earn you good reviews and monetory benefits, All values and ethics is good for book, non existent in practice, self etics has to be maintained very well though else can cost you the job, Management and HR pretain to be perfect but shallow .. People who joined 3-4 yrs back when JP was trying to invade the indian techies are in good positon and well admired and have high growth..New employees are not treated well till you are in hi fi position and will be rated avg. However if you kill your Moral and Morale and manage to sustain for 3-4 years then might be fruitful. High attrition rate between ppl with <3 yrs in JP due to unfair treatment by middle management. Ppl who like to butter their managers will survive though. But ppl leave bacause JP hires talented people who easily get theior fair share of due outside by encashing their talent and JP's name, so not a bad deal

Pros

I loved working at Chase in Home Equity and First Mortgage. Decent pay, decent managers that were supportive.

Cons

The business credit card department is an absolute nightmare - avoid! We got moved around due to housing market changes. Understandable but they also made it seem like it was going to be the best thing that could happen to us. Told us we wouldn’t be answering calls and then it was full blown call center. It was the literal worst. Most unorganized, unsupportive, dumpster fire of a department.
