Not great but still slightly better than 70% of the others in the area
Cons
Not what it used to be. Feeling of family and togetherness is gone. The balance it had between jeeping employess happy and profit was balanced years ago. Problem is theyve grown, the founder stepped down and the pish is more about profit these days. They hire at great starting pay. Raises after that are minimal.
