There is room to mold a position or department to your specifications since the departments are usually a 1 person department and there is no set structure on how it should run.
Cons
Company is family owned. Either you fit in or you dont. Your advancement is in the hands of a selected few that favor favoritism. If you ask for a favor from upper management expect for it to be held over your head for the rest of the time you are there. No job security. You can be let go at any point. All your talents and smarts are sucked out of you until you hae nothing more to give, and then they toss you to the curb.
