Not great company - Recruiter J. Croyle & Associates Employee Review

Amanda was great and helped me find my perfect match with a company I love. Joan and everyone else I ran into in the office downtown were so kind and helpful. They are reliable and quick! Plus it’s great to be with a woman owned company.

None that I can think of, they helped me a lot so I have nothing but kind words.

I love working for J. Croyle! Job searching can be so exhausting and time consuming. J. Croyle handled all the hard work for me! My recruiter was Nicole. I told her I wanted a job that starts ASAP and paid within a certain range. I applied on a Monday by submitting a resume. Nicole called the same day. I came in for an interview on Tuesday. She had 2 companies that were looking for an immediate start (both of which paid very well and in my location). She described them both and asked me which I preferred (but she would still send them to both companies). Wednesday she called me to tell me the company I preferred was interested in having me START the following week on Wednesday.... (Monday & Tues the hiring company were closed for the holiday). I agreed. She called me back later that day to see if I was actually interested in starting tomorrow (Thursday) instead of waiting until next Wednesday! My job pays DOLLARS per hr above what I asked for!! I get paid Direct Deposit biweekly on Fridays. J. Croyle is serious about finding you a job and serious about building relationships. J. Croyle was recommended to my hiring company by the office attorney who has used J. Croyle for DECADES! Kelly in the office responds quickly, addresses any questions you may have, and is professional and kind.

They have some requirements and terms to meet (like you have to work for them for 120 days before getting hired on, if you quit or resign before that your wages get rolled back to the federal minimum wage)! However, the positions are such high quality... I cant imagine a person wanting to leave!
