      There are no pros in al senses of the word.

      Cons

      They require a certain profile. If you dont fit it, they'll do everything they can to make you uncomfortable. They discriminate and encourage a culture of flirtatious preference up to the management and corporate level.

      - Kept all promises made during interview. - good pay - great associate benefits and health insurance and PTO Healthy work environment

      Cons

      Sometimes traffic can be really slow so it was hard to meet my goals as a full-time stylist.
