J. Crew management is very flexible when it comes to your schedule. The environment is very relaxed but everyone typically has a desire to work hard and help customers. The discount is AWESOME.
Cons
In the past management isn't always the best with communicating with each other. You might get certain information from Manager A and conflicting information from Manager B.
