Pros

Lot of your experience depends on your account. Most accounts seem to be laid back and not to stressful. Good pay and flexibility with schedule.

Cons

Drivers with bad attitudes can make your job a lot more difficult. Upper management has a bad habit of micromanaging. A tough customer can make your life a lot harder as well. Some accounts run day and night and can force you to work long hours. You are asked to relocate a lot in this role.

Pros

Competitive pay, local jobs available, steady work, decent pay for new drivers, growing company with many opportunities across the country. many veteran drivers and career management.

Cons

In cab facing cameras. Getting a steady role in the company can take time. No real upper management to communicate with if there is a problem.
