*Overworked.
12 hour shifts. Working alone, having to manage/dispatch 30+ drivers/night. While having to tend to office work as well as physically demanding work.
*No OT
*Training isn't very good.
*The pay doesn't equate to the amount of work you must put in.
*High stress environment
*When you need help during night shifts, you must inconvenience other managers by reaching out to them in the middle of the night in hopes they respond.

We are sorry your experience wasn't more positive. We are always working to improve and appreciate you sharing your feedback.
Culture is good. What a logistics engineer does can vary widely team-to-team. Plenty of teams to find one that fits you best. Work life balance is great.
Cons
Pay is okay but not great. Transportation is very cyclical, which means bonuses are also very cyclical. Some years you’ll get great bonuses, other years you’ll get little to no bonus.
