      Good benefits, good work culture, great supervisors, training was thorough and transition to on your own was great, paternity leave

      Cons

      Fast paced, lots of metrics which can be overwhelming(your metrics suffer if a candidate decides to withdraw which really isn’t fair), NO WORK FROM HOME

      Pros

      Culture is good. What a logistics engineer does can vary widely team-to-team. Plenty of teams to find one that fits you best. Work life balance is great.

      Cons

      Pay is okay but not great. Transportation is very cyclical, which means bonuses are also very cyclical. Some years you’ll get great bonuses, other years you’ll get little to no bonus.
