Pros
I was hired on as an electro mechanical technician and I did nothing at all that I was hired on to do. Every time I checked in to ask how things were progressing and what was happening I would be told that the things I was hired on for would start later. Every time "later" arrived, they would move the goal post. -You get to meet some amazing people if you're personable. -At least you aren't micromanaged. -I had the opportunity to work with some foreigners and they were far more helpful, welcoming and accommodating compared to the people from IVY.
Cons
-0 leadership or support -0 empathy -No raises -No benefits -0 HR representation -Sexual harassment if you are a woman. -Bait and Switched jobs. -Lies about timelines and what is coming down the pipeline just to get you to stay. -Management just sits around on their phone and gossips all day. -Management will also pawn off their job duties to whoever they can and then complain about how the pawned off job is performed. -Watched people get fired for sitting on their phone all day when management does the same thing.
