Giving back to the community , passing on skill sets to others, fairly laid back
Cons
President is MIA and should not have her contract renewed. Local leadership is unwilling to move parasitic managers out easily. No room for high performers to flourish. Continually giving more work to faculty while allowing adding way more staff. They have forgotten how to make money and that is going to be there downfall.
