Pros

The benefits and continuing education package will seem like pros but when you actually get the job you will realize why they need all this fluff.

Cons

Management, corporate, only caring about money and visits/therapists well being and pt care. Very low salary compared to other places. Excessive burnout.

Pros

High base salary , remote , some job security based on people always quitting

Cons

Burnout central. Constantly shifting priorities, moving timelines, and unclear expectations create a chaotic environment where it is difficult to succeed sustainably. Leadership within the finance umbrella was disappointing — limited trust, poor support, and a culture where people can feel expendable when private equity pressure intensifies. Compensation and benefits were underwhelming relative to expectations, particularly the 401(k) match, which was far below market and frankly disappointing. There was also a persistent atmosphere of distrust, frequent organizational uncertainty, and seemingly random layoffs that contributed to low morale. Rather than feeling supported, it often felt like self-preservation was the operating model. There are talented people here and meaningful work, but leadership, burnout, and instability significantly outweighed the positives for me.
