      Pros

      Culture is amazing! Very kind, helpful, driven and smart people within all functions, all the way up to the CEO. -No micromanaging -Managing up (bringing out the best in your team/employees) -Unlimited PTO -Opportunities for growth -Educational opportunities -Volunteer hours -Remote work or hybrid

      Cons

      A lot of acquisitions at once which meant patience for systems integrations and time to learn about all the new software within the Ivanti platform. However, the selling opportunities were now massive! So many ways to meet the business needs of customers.

      Pros

      Great people. Good benefits and pay. Lots of opportunities for growth. Interesting projects. Great work life balance due to the ability to work remotely.

      Cons

      A lot of leadership changes recently which can cause for uncertainty as the new leaders are figuring out the company and how they want to move forward.

      Pros

      Flexibility of schedule, PTO is good

      Cons

      Code base is a dumpster fire. The majority of the team is in India and the engineers there don't really care or know anything about writing good code. Management is screaming AI, AI, AI and expecting a huge increase in productivity but meanwhile I'm fighting my environment every day because someone has broken master with their crappy code.
