      Pros

      Work anywhere Good people, when you are able to figure out where to find them

      Cons

      People are worked to the bones. 16 hour days are normal. Lots of ittrition. No learning from past mistakes - no time! Just do it again wrong and fix it later. ELT is very high up their castle and has no idea what is going on. ELT seems to be at odds, but with a revolving door, that is to be expected. No career path Enablement for ANY job is not existent.

      Pros

      Great people. Good benefits and pay. Lots of opportunities for growth. Interesting projects. Great work life balance due to the ability to work remotely.

      Cons

      A lot of leadership changes recently which can cause for uncertainty as the new leaders are figuring out the company and how they want to move forward.

      Pros

      Flexibility of schedule, PTO is good

      Cons

      Code base is a dumpster fire. The majority of the team is in India and the engineers there don't really care or know anything about writing good code. Management is screaming AI, AI, AI and expecting a huge increase in productivity but meanwhile I'm fighting my environment every day because someone has broken master with their crappy code.
