      Getting worse - Software Developer Ivanti Employee Review

      Pros

      In the past there were many, but company went over big shift in mentality and it shows when people are leaving.

      Cons

      - The middle management entrenched themselves. - They buy companies with products that are Frankensteins and a nightmare to work on - Big merger in the past that looks like it wasn't thought through - Many people run away - Micromanagement is present - No bonuses. -I can't see cenario where ones salary is adjusted to the market level over time, so nobody stays long -Perks -Tech stack, usually preselected even in green field.

      Pros

      Great people. Good benefits and pay. Lots of opportunities for growth. Interesting projects. Great work life balance due to the ability to work remotely.

      Cons

      A lot of leadership changes recently which can cause for uncertainty as the new leaders are figuring out the company and how they want to move forward.

      Pros

      Flexibility of schedule, PTO is good

      Cons

      Code base is a dumpster fire. The majority of the team is in India and the engineers there don't really care or know anything about writing good code. Management is screaming AI, AI, AI and expecting a huge increase in productivity but meanwhile I'm fighting my environment every day because someone has broken master with their crappy code.
