Minnesota Office - Senior Software Engineer Ivanti Employee Review

There are some industries where drinking alcohol in the workplace would be dangerous or inappropriate for a variety of reasons. However, many companies like Ivanti, particularly software, marketing and accounting companies, do permit employees to consume the occasional beer or glass of wine at specific times. Employees in our New Brighton office are known to have a weekly happy hour where alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are shared. Employees are not permitted to become intoxicated, nor are they allowed to consume alcohol at their desks. This isn’t a perk that all of our offices enjoy, simply because it isn’t a perk that employees in all of our offices wish to have. Whether an office enjoys a happy hour or not, we expect ALL of our employees to behave professionally and to promote a healthy and safe work environment.
