      Pros

      Nice people, very conservative company.

      Cons

      No direction, relentless cost cutting and spending big on competitor's products. No vision and expertise in the cloud, going backwards fast, asking employees for investment money.

      Thank you for the review. Unfortunately, we need to make some tough decisions when we do acquisitions as there can be many redundant positions to work through. We have a lot of great employees who have Cloud experience and our offerings are getting better everyday. Thanks again for the feedback!

      Pros

      Great people. Good benefits and pay. Lots of opportunities for growth. Interesting projects. Great work life balance due to the ability to work remotely.

      Cons

      A lot of leadership changes recently which can cause for uncertainty as the new leaders are figuring out the company and how they want to move forward.

      Cons

      No merit increases 2 years in a row. Up and down quarter to quarter. A lot of turnover.
