      Pros

      Working From Home and the Front line staff. Everyone here in region wants the company to do well but are baffled by leadership and direction. Heath Care Plan is decent

      Cons

      Operates from a standing start every year with constant change, Keep chasing short term revenue without considering long term implications. Sets impossible targets and comp plans resulting in tennured staff making less and less each year despite growth ELT doesn't listen to the regions or the subject matter experts in the business units. Sales data is a mess, Price list is a mess and forces every deal to be custom bespoke pricing which is why their channel is a mess and can't scale.

      Pros

      Great people. Good benefits and pay. Lots of opportunities for growth. Interesting projects. Great work life balance due to the ability to work remotely.

      Cons

      A lot of leadership changes recently which can cause for uncertainty as the new leaders are figuring out the company and how they want to move forward.

      Pros

      Flexibility of schedule, PTO is good

      Cons

      Code base is a dumpster fire. The majority of the team is in India and the engineers there don't really care or know anything about writing good code. Management is screaming AI, AI, AI and expecting a huge increase in productivity but meanwhile I'm fighting my environment every day because someone has broken master with their crappy code.
