I assumed things will improve after so many people left. But turns out it was their plan always. I have big doubts on my job security now. If the manager even hears a remote fake rumour I will be the next. They never fire anyone, but they ensure countdown begins. The company was so amazing few years ago, but the nexus ruined it all. I spoke to a client offline who said they have lost faith working with Ivalua, they prefer partners any day. But even partners end up reaching out to the same guys sitting here for items to be sent to R&D.
One thing that is very common and heard a lot by these senior guys is that he/she did it wrong, he/she doesn't know anything. This is deliberately said to build an impression that they are the only ones who knows stuffs. So much insecurity to create an illusion of dependency. On ground fact is, they also are mostly confused, and then they further confuse partners.
Even with basics that we deliver the clients are happy. Problem is when the client demands more, these people start their tactics and either deny or give an average product that client has to accept.
