Great amount of entry-level positions available, reasonable salary and benefits are great. Pay itself is not as good as can be found at Cornell, but as good as other jobs pay in the area, and come with great benefits, reasonable work expectations, and high retention. Flexible work for those in office positions, most offer availability for at least some remote work days, and Fridays off during the summer for all employees.

Tough to move upward once in a competitive position. Lots of horizontal mobility opportunities at the company, but tough to move up as employees stay for so long and positions are often filled by high tenured employees. Low raises, especially during recent years, but at least keeps up with inflation.
