I paid around 250 euros for a train from rome to milan, the train stopped working, went back to bologna, changed trains and arrived in Milan after 6 hours. They said they will give us 50% refund, but instead I got 48eur voucher until 11/04 that I will never use since I am back in my country. SCAM

The best about Italo within the operational area is the working environment, most employees are young and driven.

There are few opportunities for career progression.
