Pros
The company works a manpower company, Either you are slave or a milking cow when billed, there is no structure no chance for future in the company, only pros is you will be paid either a month delayed salary or on time.
Cons
The company has no management they don't care, if you are not of there Nationality, unqualified Payroll and HR team, they induced there home countries corruption ways into the company just to save there position. No future you might be fired within couple of months (6 mnths Probation period), no chance for increment so decide well in the beginning. They are a bit con as each person has a different contract based on his race, you might have 21 calendar days as vacation means only 21 days a year, others might have 30 days (Due to useless Asian HR).
