      Pros

      Great family culture with lots of fun team events. The company is very agile and fast paced with lots of opportunities to grow.

      Cons

      It is a top down company, while you are empowered to an extent all projects are decided from the top. The pace and be very very fast with limited help so be prepared to work very very hard.
