Your work-life will depend on which department that you're working for. The current MD is very understanding of the concerns of the company, you just need to have a good manager to portray the needs and wants of the departments
Cons
Micro-managing managers and AMs, again this depends on which team you're on. Lack of bond between everyone. Honestly, feels quite dead and lifeless at times.
