Pros
Used to be the Greatest place to work in Hampton Roads, by the fact we received the award 3 years in a row, now not so much, a very recent change at the top may make a difference in some time.
Cons
But the kid that was running the company didn't have clue how to manage people, fresh out of school and running a company of 40 people not so much, after all he is not the next coming of Steve Jobs even though he may think he is. It was his way or the highway, evident by the fact the Dev. Team Manager up and left, he was the best thing for the company. Taking 10 year old technology and turning it in to up to date. But not seeing eye to eye with the kid well its the highway for you.
