The cabinet is only concerned with appeasing their leader and their leader is only concerned with keeping his job. Horrible place to work. Once you are no longer of use or you question the direction of the district or the way decisions are being made, you will be disposed of. They hire people who are cronies of the leader rather than people who are experienced and knowledgeable within the field. The salaries are attractive but not worth the poor work life balance you will be expected to maintain. Don't do it!
