Pros
The benefits are alright, I get 20% off at their restaurants and employee discount for stays ( which is unfortunately hard to make a reservation for)
Cons
The work life balance isn't perfect but just OK if you have a good manager, and the promotion opportunities are great on paper but not a lot of ppl manage to get a promotion or even a small raise.
Now for the major cons, sometimes my work schedule gets unpredictable because we don't have enough employees I could do a night and after my day off I could end up doing the morning shift.
I also have to arrive 15 min before each shift which ai don't get paid for to change my clothes
