Lot of Cons 1. Management Doesn't care about any employees 2. No proper Process , Office tools , No Culture , No Structure 3.No Bonus , No Goodies , no team outing , No get together , No employee engagement 4. They have lot of issues , Unable to even credit the salaries on-time for employees , Even BPO or Courier companies would credit the salaries on time , like 1st of every month of 10th of every month 5. Newly Joined CTO is pathetic , he has no leadership skills , he will ask 2 days work in just 2 hours or 1 hour to complete 6. You will not get any Loan or credit cards because you work in this company , banks don't recognize this company 7.I personally felt like , mistakenly i joined this company
