If your expecting to walk in and have everything done/handed to you like at bigger corps, u got another thing coming. Not for the weak or those who are used to getting paid based off what salary.com says you should get paid... You have to Make A way and often prove yourself (which some feel should have been done in the interview) which builds up skills in leadership, professionalism while getting your work experience at the same time. This is the quickest way to advancement within the company
