Promising company, Bad Leadership - Anonymous employee IsoPlexis Employee Review

Everyone seems overworked and management does not seem to take advice until proven other wise. Wasted time and effort just to get things right. Does not understand business and business structures and does not seem to value experienced hires as a whole. Does not seem to understand what each role brings to the table. Hired for a role, but spending most time doing something not agreed and was highlighted to not be a strength during interview.
