Micromanage at the fullest. Smiles and laughs are not allowed because everyone else is unhappy. Management is very disrespectful. Unprofessional by name calling and cursing on the floor. Demotions all the time there. Promoting only outside and never inside the company. I’ve never worked with more evil in life.
