      -high reputation on CV -gaining banking experience

      -very hard hierarchical structure creates pressure on new grads -you can not take the initiative until 10-15th year in the bank :)

      Pros

      No pros at all, lots of micromanagement.

      Cons

      Lots of micromanagement, no career advancement, mom and pops shop, manager was toxic and never supportive. They told me on my face that "I was not being productive" when the manager hardly ever did something. They completely ripped me off and only paid me $240 and no bonus after busting my butt off for 4 months to keep a 2 people business running.
