Since it’s a startup, the hierarchy was pretty flat, which meant working closely with the founders and leadership. It was a great way to learn new skills and propose ideas. Everyone was genuinely kind and supportive, which made for a great team atmosphere. There were lots of chances to connect with the team—whether through regular events or just grabbing lunch together every day. The work environment was flexible, with a nice balance between office days and remote work.

The team could benefit from more diversity, particularly in terms of hiring more women.
