Pros
Company has great benefits, pretty good pay and overall good culture. They try to do things often for employees, whether it is giveaways, product discounts, gym membership reimbursements, HSA/FSA accounts for health cost savings, annual profit sharing bonuses.
Cons
Sales is the major driver in this organization. I work in operations and unfortunately they tend to forget about us when they are chasing sales. It's unfortunate, because there are so many improvements that need to be made, but not enough resources to get to these projects. Major problem with 'squirrel' and not focusing/finishing one major project at a time. A lot more could be accomplished if we would focus on major projects and complete it out rather than doing too much at any given time.
