Pros
The benefits are great and the pay is decent too.
Cons
The quality assurance team has unrealistic expectations. They stand over your shoulder constantly and nitpick every word you say. Rather than listening to your calls from their desk, like a normal QA team does...They'll walk around the floor, listen to your call while sitting right next to you with their headsets plugged into your phone, and stare at you while you're on a call. It's very uncomfortable. I was failed on a call because I said "I'd be happy to assist you with that." The workforce team is over the top. I would take 30 seconds of after-call time to submit a work ticket, and they would instant message me asking me what I was doing and why I wasn't on a call. Management does not trust their reps. It's very sad, because during the 8 week training process, they make it seem like we're trusted and given our space to grow, while in fact it is the opposite. They claim their culture and values are top notch, and the work/life balance is great. But they barely give you time to even use the restroom without it counting against your scores.
