      Most of the employees and management like the environment so much that there is little turn over and thus little chance for advancement.

      Most of the people are nice

      Cons

      Pay is horrible, i was given far below average pay for my position, even just considering Yakima I got divorced while working here and the CEO felt the need to come in and make fun of me for it at least once a week Personally the management either criticized or patronized me and gave me nonsensical requests and would not listen to reason I was almost never given any guidance or direction
