      Friendly people to work with.

      Cons

      Very low pay compared to similar jobs in the industry. Not much room for growth. No rewards. Lots of overtime and weekends. No bonuses unless you are upper echelon. No raises. Shady/aggressive management

      Benefits, family atmosphere. The company actually cares about their employees. Progressive in work life balance. Great co-workers!
