Never received a bonus for performance in my 2 years there, despite surpassing objectives, management delayed these comissions due to "problems in the market", a cheap excuse to not paid his workers. If you ever work here and rely on receiving bonus on performance forget about it.. never going to happen. Last 6 months of the job , the micromanagement was insane, not sure if its still the same but that was a deal breaker.
