Great benefits, The working environment is pleasant.

Cons

Limited to no opportunity for ethnic minorities in senior positions and diversity seems to be very low on the priority list. There is virtually no ethnic minority person in any leadership role or senior roles in the business.

People, Good central office (Melbourne) Staff benefits are ok

Cons

Engineering management is a let down - poor behaviours, micromanagement, lack of trust - the list can go on. Seems to get swept under the carpet or ignored so patterns continue to fester and have for years.
