Pros

- the people (somehow the most friendliest bunch you'll ever meet) - free breakfast and drinks - great workspaces - great leave benefits

Cons

- the leadership - changes strategic direction quicker than whiplash - no opportunities unless you are based in Australia or enjoy boring work - insular GLT who sit in an echo chamber - low DEI. the GLT has been depleted of any diversity and this is then being replicated below. - compensation not competitive. This was fine when it was a great organisation but frustrating now.

We celebrate the fact we’re a global and inclusive business where the diverse perspectives, backgrounds, expertise and talent of our people across all of our regions is the basis on which we create better outcomes for our people, our clients and the communities we serve. While we’re proud of our Australian heritage and to be listed on the ASX, we’re equally proud of the brilliant teams we have across the world and who are key to driving our success. Recent examples of this global approach include our CEO spending with our teams and clients in Canada and the UK, and the internal appointment of our new global CTO who is based in the UK.In terms of gender diversity specifically, a third of our global leadership team are women and over half of the next level of leadership are women.

Pros

People, Good central office (Melbourne) Staff benefits are ok

Cons

Engineering management is a let down - poor behaviours, micromanagement, lack of trust - the list can go on. Seems to get swept under the carpet or ignored so patterns continue to fester and have for years.
