      I respectfully disagree with your view about senior management at Iress. While the transformation of Iress over the last couple of years has been difficult it was required to move the business forward to success. Our strong performance in 2024 and 2025 is validation of the decisions taken, and the direction set, by the senior management team. Everyone at Iress is excited about what we are achieving and what lies ahead.

      People, Good central office (Melbourne) Staff benefits are ok

      Cons

      Engineering management is a let down - poor behaviours, micromanagement, lack of trust - the list can go on. Seems to get swept under the carpet or ignored so patterns continue to fester and have for years.
