Have had serious issues with HR in past where policy non-compliance wasn't addressed by HR which created difficulties for employees. At times, it seemed that policy non-compliance was met with accommodation rather than correction. This has ihad an impact on how some of our long tenured employees perceive fairness and support, which has affected trust over time.
